Peer Pressure: The Friendship Killer

A while back, I was asked to attend a certain function that I simply could not commit to. I was sure to tell everyone involved that it was questionable at best, whether or not I'd be able to attend and made it perfectly clear for no one to expect me at said function. Now you would think that this level of honesty would be respected by your friends and even though they may express regret about your absence, true friends should understand and not continually pressure you into coming anyway.

Bad Day...Keep Positive

I swear, yesterday was one of the worst days I had at work in a very long time. If there was something to trip over; I'd almost break my neck on it, if there was something to knock over; it would fall and take everything within reaching distance with it...you get the idea.

What I found odd about the day was none of it got to me regardless of how bad things got, which is truly amazing now that I think of it. In fact, I never even realized how bad things were going until I was ready to leave for the day.

Lifesupporters.com Blog now online.

2007 brought about many changes to the look and feel of Lifesupporters.com with the move from phpnuke/bbtonuke/phpbb to Joomla/SEF Advance and vBulletin/VBSEO. These changes have helped make 2007 one of the busiest years at Lifesupporters.com since going live in mid 2004.

The benefit of hindsight has afforded me the knowledge that sticking with phpnuke for 3 years only served to stiffen our growth so the time has come to take on another project suggested to me by many of our respected friends; a Lifesupporters.com Blog.
